I believe you already asked that question and was answered.

I said ZB is more 4vs4 as being /W or /A.It would be best to go hybrid being word of healing or now life sheath.

I don't think any good Monk bar used [[Zealous Benediction] anymore. If they wanted to heal, they all went hybrid with [[Word of Healing]. If not, they use [[Restore Condition] or [[Shield of Deflection].

In an RA setting, something like [[Zealous Benediction] is favored since it allows specialization in Protection Prayers. Don't underestimate the power of a 7 second [[Guardian].

I would still use [[Word of Healing] over [[Zealous Benediction] in RA. It's true that ZB gives 7 energy back, but most people aren't going to let you get it off. So that's 10 energy gone, while with WoH, it's only 5. And also with support heal, it's easy to overlap and use ZB above 50%. With WoH, there's no problem with that.

[[Zealous Benediction] is really nice when you are solo monk. When you aren't, it isn't that hot.

It's up to you. Just remember that when you are solo Monking, high levels of Protection Prayers is very desirable and speccing into Healing Prayers seriously decreases the prot you can have. A WoH Monk with Patient Spirit and Signet of Rejuv might be more effective at red bars when push comes to shove, but if he gets targetted by an Elementalist with 18 Air and Arcane Echo'ed Ride The Lightning, he'll die faster than a ZB Monk with Spirit Bond / Protective Spirit.
By the way you usually get the 7-energy return from ZB unless you're playing with another Monk. The main drawbacks are you have to wait for the target to drop below 50% health before you can safely heal (or else ZB is too costly), ZB has a 4-second cooldown and so you can't red bar as well and finally the only power healing skill is ZB, so if it gets shutdown or interrupted in some way you're in trouble.
@topic - aside from ZB, RC and SoD, you have other options. The most significant one off the top of my head is Aura of Faith. Alternatively, you can use Divine Boon + some of the buffed energy-recovery elites (Energy Drain, Lyssa's Aura, etc).

[[Patient Spirit] can be a prot when used ahead of time. Waiting for someone to go 50% or below before healing them with [[Zealous Benediction] would result in a higher chance of death.

Where do you get 18 in air 16 I can see but 18 it is not good idea to use superior in the Arenas in parts of pve then yes?
To ac1inferno.The reason you want to go ZB is so you can invest all your points in Protection,Divine Favour and Secondary usually being Warrior or Assassin.

That would mean no patient spirit, and patient spirit is one of the few things that you can get off when you're heavily shit on. This is not a ZB vs. WoH argument imo, but a patient vs. no patient argument.
No patient is more fragile monk.
On a personal note, yeah, arena monk bars are dull .

Glyph of Elemental Power - and yes, while Superior runes are usually bad, if one of your opponents is already running it, you've got no choice but to deal with it.

I thought so and I can deal with it as it makes my teammates have an easy time taking them out.

A WoH Hybrid can use its secondary for Self-defensive or mobility skills as well. For me, the extra one second of [[Guardian] isn't worth the risk of losing 10 energy for [[Zealous Benediction] if something was to happen to it and it didn't cast properly. And having lower Divine Favor doesn't bother me because the extra heal from going Hybrid makes up for it.
Since nobody actually posted a build for the OP yet, I will go and do that. I really suggest a WoH Hybrid, but I will include a ZB Monk too so he/she can make his/her own choice.
WoH Monk for RA, TA, HA, GvG, AB, and/or CM
[build prof=monk/any healin=12+1+1 protec=10+1 divin=8+1][patient spirit][word of healing][dismiss condition][Guardian][optional][optional][optional][holy veil][/build]
- Cheap protection spells - [[Shield of Absorption], [[Shielding Hands], or [[Aura of Stability].
- [[Aegis] for large-scale prot in GvG.
- [[Infuse Health] or [[Protective Spirit] to stop spikes in GvG and HA.
- Energy management skills - [[Channeling] (HA), [[Glyph of Lesser Energy] (GvG), [[Signet of Rejuvenation], [[Divine Spirit].
- Self-defensive or mobility skills - [[Return], [[Dark Escape], [[Dash], [[Shield Bash], [[Balanced Stance], [[Disciplined Stance], [[Soldier's Defense], [[Sprint], [[Mantra of Concentration].
- Different hex removal spells - [[Cure Hex] or [[Spotless Mind].
- Different condition removal spells - [[Draw Conditions], [[Mend Condition], [[Mending Touch].
- [[Vigorous Spirit] for the correct TA teams.
- [[Healing Seed] for HA.
- Replace [[Patient Spirit] with [[Reversal of Fortune] for a much less consistent (but sometimes quicker) heal that can also serve as small, short-duration pre-prot.
Zealous Benediction Monk for AB, CM, RA, and/or TA
[build prof=monk/any protec=12+1+1 divine=12+1][zealous benediction][reversal of fortune][guardian][dismiss condition][no skill][holy veil][no skill][no skill][/build]
- The first optional skill should be [[Mending Touch], with [[Mend Condition] or [[Draw Conditions] replacing [[Dismiss Condition] in RA, or either a second prot such as [[Pensive Guardian] or [[Shielding Hands] or a second hex removal such as [[Purge Signet] in TA.
- The second and third optional skills should be either two self defensive skills such as [[Shield Stance], [[Disciplined Stance], [[Shield Bash], [[Return], [[Dark Escape] or [[Natural Stride], or an additional prot such as [[Pensive Guardian] or [[Shielding Hands]. Spec into secondary attributes as needed.
/Any
- [[Shield of [email protected]] - good when someone needs to tank a bunch of damage
- [[Divine [email protected]] - energy management
- [[Signet of [email protected]] - a free, but very sluggish, heal
- [[Deny [email protected]] - in combination with Divine Spirit and/or Sig Devotion to help against hex stacks
- [[Remove Hex] - a faster-recharging hex removal than Veil...can be good in situations where Holy Veil will almost always be removed if used as pre-prot
- [[Reverse [email protected]] - a fast hex removal, giving you a high chance to avoid an interrupt and/or remove a nasty hex before a cover can be applied
- [[Spirit [email protected]] - an expensive but powerful counter to spikes and high-damage casters, generally not recommended.
/Me
- [[Mantra of Concentration] - to help avoid interrupts
- [[Hex Breaker] - to help avoid hexes
/A
- [[Return] - Cast this on a set with a "Crippling" mod (usually your defensive set) whenever possible
- [[Dark Escape] - Allows you to live through a sticky situation or run some place a bit quicker
- [[Smoke Powder Defense] - Shuts down meleers.
/E
- [[Glyph of Lesser Energy] - synergizes well with ZB
/W
- [[Shield Bash] - to shut down sins while they're using their combo.
- [[Disciplined [email protected]] - effective blocking stance against meleers
- [[Shield [email protected]] - provides blocking with a large uptime against meleers in combination with Disciplined Stance.
- [[Balanced Stance] - good defense against knockdowns and assassins, but a long recharge.
/R
- [[Natural Stride] - fast recharging stance with block, as well as IMS
/D
- [[Pious Concentration] - anti-interrupt, works well in combination with Purge Signet.
- [[Shield of Force] - anti-melee

Yeah. You can do it that way but I like to put more points in DF.I would use Mantra of Resolve instead of Concentration.
